Isabelle Hickman recommends Wonder by R.J. Palacio Isabelle Hickman, an 8th grader, recommends this realistic fiction novel to her friends basically because "it's a really good book." There's an encouraging lesson learned that "being nice is actually a really good thing." The main character is very sweet, but he is bullied because of his differences. This should teach readers not to judge a book by its cover. She thinks "this book is amazing," and "teaching people not to bully" is what the school needs help with. She believes that "it might help." Isabelle gives this book a 5 out of 5!
