Another great showing for MPHS physicals. Our team serviced over 400 sixth through eleventh graders in 2 hrs and 30 minutes. This could not be accomplished without our medical team, coaching staff, MPHS Custodial staff, and many volunteers.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on April 2 for annual Sports Physicals.
The link below will take you to the GHSA Physical Form. We will have copies on site, but highly encourage parents and athletes print a copy at home and prefill pages 1 and 2. Please take notice that there are areas where parents and athletes are required to provide a signature!!!

Hannah’s family has two Brittany Spaniels, Cash, and Beau, a horse named Dusty, a cat named Pepper, 5 chickens, and a duck.
